American School in London Annenberg Theatre

The full re-modelling and refurbishment of the Annenberg Theatre at The American School in St. John's Wood, North London.

The works involve major civils works to increase the capacity of the original facility to accommodate an audience of 450 and the modification and improvement of the existing M&E infrastructure to support the new theatre. The Contract works were carefully managed so as to limit any disruption and nuisance to the normal School activities.
